Keith A. Carsten is a native Floridian. He graduated from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree before attending Stetson University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. Upon graduating Keith was hired by the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit where he prosecuted cases for three years as an Assistant State Attorney. During that time Keith prosecuted thousands of cases, in County and Circuit Courts, ranging in severity from traffic and misdemeanor cases to First Degree felonies in Orange and Osceola counties. Keith is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Amir A. Ladan moved to Central Florida from Chicago, Illinois in 1984. Amir graduated from Rollins College with a degree in Politics before attending The University of Miami School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in two and a half years. Upon graduating, he was hired by the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit where he prosecuted cases for three years as an Assistant State Attorney. During that time Amir was responsible for prosecuting thousands of cases, in both County and Circuit Courts, ranging in severity from traffic and misdemeanor cases to First Degree felonies in both adult and juvenile court. Amir is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Monica Victorica has practiced law in Central Florida since 1998. Monica graduated with honors from the University of Florida and remained to achieve her Juris Doctorate degree. Upon graduating Monica was hired by the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit where she prosecuted thousands of cases for over seven years as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange and Osceola Counties. Monica has done over 55 jury trials involving all levels of cases including DUIs, Felony Driving While License Suspended, Drug Possession, Drug Trafficking, and Domestic Violence. She prosecuted more serious crimes such as Aggravated Battery, Robbery, Burglary, and Attempted Murder as a senior supervising attorney. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar, and Osceola County Bar. Monica is fluent in Spanish.
